• Estimates are based on visible inspection and may change if additional issues are discovered. 
• We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before performing additional work. 
• Final pricing reflects actual labor, parts, and time required. 

• Leaving your bike with us authorizes Bike Boss to perform agreed-upon services. 
• If we cannot reach you, we may proceed with necessary work to safely complete the original request (within reasonable cost limits). 

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. 
• Bikes may be withheld until payment is received in full. 

• Bike Boss operates primarily by appointment. 
• Walk-ins may be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed. 

• Available for an additional fee. 
• Customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the service location. 

• We service all brands, including e-bikes, e-scooters, and direct-to-consumer models. 
• We cannot guarantee compatibility or availability of all parts. 
• Customer-supplied parts are installed at your own risk. 

• Electrical systems can have hidden or unpredictable faults. 
• We use best practices but cannot guarantee resolution of all issues. 
• We are not responsible for manufacturer defects or prior damage. 

• Used or worn parts are not warrantied. 
• New parts may carry manufacturer warranties only. 

• Bicycles and e-rides involve inherent risks. 
• Customers are responsible for inspecting their bike and ensuring safe operation after service. 
• Bike Boss is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or failure to maintain the bike after service. 

• Liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. 
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 

• Customers will be notified when service is complete. 
• Bikes not picked up within 14 days may incur storage fees. 
• Bikes left over 30 days without communication may be considered abandoned and subject to sale or disposal where permitted by law. 

We reserve the right to refuse service for:

• Unsafe or unserviceable bikes 
• Requests outside our scope 
• Inappropriate or abusive behavior 

• Bikes should be reasonably clean upon drop-off. 
• Excessively dirty bikes may incur a cleaning fee.
